Mentoring 2 Work has been featured in an article in the Department of Social Services Annual Report. It focuses on one (of many) of our young adults experiencing real career pathway progress as a result of her participating in our program and the tangible engagement and guidance from her mentor.
The M2W team and mentors attended a recent workshop on Résumé writing, interviewing, automating your job search and everything in between. Run by career consultant and recruiter Kevin Wiley from mycareerprofessional.com, our mentors now have a few more tools to add to their kit as they work on the career aspirations of their young adults.
